Amazing customer service in this shop. All of the staff on the tills are so friendly. The barista is so quick and makes tasty coffee. The management are also spectacular and are more than happy to help. An amazing cafe and highly recommended
Lovely location, always busy but you barely wait a minute for your drink. There are plenty of places to sit down but I’m not sure about charging stations. The only complaint is the main set of bathrooms being out of service so there’s one toilet in the whole place so that queue can get crazy. Overall a really great location of this chain.

Very busy Pret but plenty of seating and generally clean and tidy.I had a decaf coconut latte and a tuna baguette. I needed to join a Teams call and the WiFi was good.There are a few toilets which is handy and all clean.
