Rang up to find out what time I could expect my deliver after the track my order had been on checking and cutting for 40 minutes. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful and offered no time line. Pizza still hasn’t arrive after 1.5hours.
Service is poor when they eventually do actually answer the phone, they struggle to understand what you’re ordering and the process is extremely slow!Pizza was ok but not very warm and the portion of potato tots that cost nearly £6 were a joke, they also forgot to Include the dip and the dips we paid an extra £3 for never even arrived so check your order!

Absolutely pathetic service from this branch. I tried ordering a cheesy crust pizza got a totally dry thin crust. I have always ordered a cheesy crust pizza in the past. Tried calling them and asking them on how to remedy the situation since I hadn't touched the pizzas at all. Instead they started arguing about ascertaining whose fault it is and that nothing could be done now. Very poor customer service from the staff.
