The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The shop floor is clean and managed well. The service is usually pretty fast and they have always responded to my requests. I have dined in several times for lunch and never had an issue, although I would say that the food does tend to sell out very quickly and does not tend to replenish closer to the end of the day so bare this in mind if stopping for anything other than cakes or biscuits/snacks. Very convenient location, 30 seconds walking distance to Petts wood station. Toilet facility is available. You can park your car at Morrisons car park (2 hours free parking), the Costa does not have Wi-Fi, but you can use Boots Wi-Fi .

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff they've got. Im there every morning without a failure, more or less 3 or 4 more times a day. And the be the best bit is when your order is made as they see you by the door :) Very nice coffee without a doubt also very clean and professional environment. Thank you guys
