“Surprise hidden gem tucked in one of the little cobbled lanes off Richmond Green. From the outside you would think it's your usual British pub, but once you step inside and see the crisp linen on the tables you know you're somewhere much more special. Staff are very friendly and listen attentively to your needs. Menu is superb, and food itself is delicious. Great wine list too with some interesting cocktail mixes you wouldn't find anywhere else.
Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating and friendly staff towards children. Plenty of highchairs and childrens options to eat.”

“Went to The Railway with a friend to watch the Community Shield.
Ordered meals and drinks.
Everything was perfect and Darren was the perfect host.
I would definitely recommend this venue and will visit here again the next time I’m in Richmond.”

“Great pub with loads of character right on Richmond Green. Good food, great beer, and a warm, welcoming vibe. Fun for Ted Lasso fans, but also just a fantastic place to relax with a pint.”

“The lunchtime menu is excellent. They have daily blackboard specials, which are not to be rushed. There's always a daily 'small bite' bar choice such as Scotch Egg, pork belly, etc, which are more starter sizes. Both are firm favourites!
Update:
Hadn't been for a few weeks, but when I did, Tilly gave a warm greeting, followed by 'The usual'? That is priceless, thank you! As for the fish and chips, well, I must say, it was, honestly, the best fish I've ever had. Simply, perfect! Sorry I forgot to photo before I'd cut it. The fish was amazingly fresh, but the batter? Delicious! They've swapped the beer batter for cider batter. What a difference! Thank you.”

“Had a great pub lunch, it's been 30 years since we spent a summer here with our children, absolutely loved Richmond. When we saw this beautiful city featured on Ted Lasso it made us smile, and we decided to spend a day here when we were in London. Went to The White Cross for lunch and enjoyed it. Was it the best pub lunch we have had? No, but we enjoyed it. I had the Cumberland Sausage and it was ok but not as flavorful as Mother Mash.”

“Had a fantastic breakfast at Bills Richmond this morning. I went for the Eggs Benedict and it was delicious—perfectly poached eggs, silky hollandaise, and everything beautifully presented. Jakub looked after us and was brilliant as always—super friendly, professional, and attentive. The service was quick and the atmosphere was great. Definitely coming back soon!”
