We took the family to The New Inn for a half-term treat and had THE best time. Lovely buzz about the place, with great service and the most delicious food. We all ate off the Specials Board and it was all excellent - particular favourites were the most beautifully cooked Beef Brisket and a delicious Lamb Tagine. Great local pub in a fantastic location with a lovely atmosphere and a good-sized beer garden.Parking: Parking is mostly around the Common. If you head up the road towards Ham Gate of Richmond Park you'll find lots of free spaces there

Stopped here for lunch and had a great meal and service. The fish and chips was excellent with home-made batter and home-made tartare sauce and nicely cooked so that the fish was still moist. The salmon and dill fish cakes were fresh and tasty. There is a nice courtyard garden at the rear to sit in the sun. We’ll above average pub. Recommended.
