“Nice small coffee shop with good food, drinks, snacks, good price, and friendly staff.
The place was clean, and tidy.
Located near the barrier of Richmond station (you need to enter the station or tap-in).
I liked the beef roll, very fresh, and warm.
They also have vegan roll, croissant, biscuits, muffins, cookies, brownies, etc.”
“The coffee host does an outstanding job serving each customer their coffee, customizing as requested, and she does so with a smile and an upbeat, positive attitude". Mostly the south Indian girl serves awesome coffee and etc….”

“I tried the pistachio cake from Paul’s Cake Shop, it’s delicious! The cake is super moist, with a perfect balance of nutty flavor and just the right amount of sweetness.”

“Stopped in for a coffee and almond croissant today! The folks behind the counter were fast and friendly. The almond croissant was much better than their competitors. What else do you want in the morning from your local coffee shop! Stop on in!”

“Small place, but has everything that a Costa offers! Connected to the ODEON cinema in Richmond, it's perfect for a pre-coffee session before going to see a film with friends or family. Also on the way to Richmond Park, so you can have a nice rest after a long day in Richmond Park here. There are not so many seating options, but that may be due to them being part of the cinema.”

“Quick service, the box of katsu rice (£7.99) was good. A little more rice would have been appreciated though.”

“A big Pret set over two floors with lots of seating and food choices.
The only issue is that the downstairs toilet are disabled only and the ones upstairs are locked so you always have to ask for the code. Frustrating if you have little ones with you and you need to go upstairs.
Good WiFi.
On this visit I had a tropical green tea and beans and egg pot. Later I had the tomato soup
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible”

“Lovely location on The Thames at any time of the day. The coffee is okay and there are decent dishes to choose from if you’re not looking for the full dining experience. It has always lacked enough staff to do the clearing up outside looks a little tatty.”
