Fabulous. The team here is always friendly and the food is quick enough that you know it's being made to order whilst not taking forever. When I had a recent problem, the team were conscientious and kept me in regular correspondence. Unbeatable customer service.

Good deletion of food but after Covid they got rid of loyalty cards and got more greedy. This means a lot of loyal customers now go elsewhere. Moreover they don’t t cycle but use a lot of paper and cardboard boxes which is unacceptable. Even the worse places to eat like McDonald’s recycle. The food is pretty good but not as good as it use to be in my opinion. Even the health bars I liked so much are gone and all sugar based now and not Kero. I regularly order a hot drink and eat from their lunch/ dinner menu. A delicious and affordable option in Richmond making it one of my favourites to dine in or take out for a picnic on Richmond green during the week warmer months. The upstairs has really comfy seating too (for remote working)! Friendly regular staff with a warm atmosphere ?Vegetarian options: Wide variety of options or make your own meal from separate dishes on the menu eg. Slaw, mezze pot and baked fries
