Hello lovely’s ?, I love Costa coffee, first time I’ve been to the Richmond branch, polite young boy who served me, service with a smile, great customer service skills, I ate outside in the lovely sunshine☕️❤️?, I had the small laate and roasted cheddar tomato toastie, fresh of the pan?? hygienically clean environment
I always loved Costa Coffee, especially their Mocha and Mango cooler, but the staff is also always very friendly. Today a wonderful member of staff made me a new drink for free upon realising that I didn’t like the drink I ordered. He did not have to do this at all, yet he insisted and it really made my day. Thank you so much!

I came in to cool down with a large iced vanilla latte. Service was great they made the drink quickly. The shop was not that busy when I came in. Very conveniently placed just outside the station. I had a good experience overall?? the drink was nice too!
