“Fabulous. The team here is always friendly and the food is quick enough that you know it's being made to order whilst not taking forever. When I had a recent problem, the team were conscientious and kept me in regular correspondence. Unbeatable customer service.”

“High compliments to Muhammad Safwan, exemplary member of staff. My early Saturday 07:45 visit to this Pret A Manger was great, service was fast and a wide range of fresh food and pastries were already prepared. There were also very clean toilets accessible for customers. Thank you.”

“You can park in ‘Old deer car park’ to get here or via train Richmond station is right opposite to this place. We enjoy visiting Tortilla in Kingston. Today while shopping came across this branch in Richmond with all the colourful balloons ?..turned out they were celebrating their birthday and had buy one get one free offer on burritos so we went in to have some ? . More than usual crowd and could feel the stress among staff but they tried their best to keep cool. Specially the cashier lady was polite and helpful. I tried their soya burrito with black bean, tomato rice and salsa instead of usual chicken as I wanted vegetarian option, it was surprisingly delicious. I recommend it if you are looking for vegan or vegetarian option here.”

“Hands down the best Chinese takeaway in London. Extremely clean, high quality, never greasy and tasty Chinese food.Highly recommend the vegetarian chicken dish (tastes better than real chicken). They have increased their prices by almost 50-60% over the last few years (average £14-15 for a dish), so certainly is a “luxury” takeaway.”
