Thought we would try Churchill’s and not really impressed we walked in staff were talking in the back room waited couple of minutes for them to see we were standing there . Food is okay and £4.45 for large chips and this is all you get. Bit of a joke I would go elsewhere
Ordered chicken and chips. Chicken burnt taste on the outside dry and crispy on the inside . Over cooked. Chips under cooked. Soggy. Shame when they get it right the food is great. I find what the price didn't reflect the portion either. I added extra chips. Didn't look much different from a standard portion. I proberly won't be using again.

One of the best fish and chips takeaways I've ever come across and would not go any where else. Not sure why the reviews are low but everything about this place is amazing . Cooked hot food not burnt not underdone arrives fast. Great amount given . Would highly recommend this one over any other ones locally
