With a few tables out the front, you enter a pretty standard spoons, - maybe with a bit more brick than usual. The staff were lovely and friendly and the pub was nice and clean. For the second time today I can say the toilets are on the ground floor (these old knees definitely appreciate it!). The Guinness was excellent

We were visiting Sudbury on the way home from Long Melford. We had our dog with us and found that most eating places were not dig friendly. We came across Colley Row Inn, a Wetherspoons pub, but unfortunately dogs are not allowed, even in the beer garden which I find quite strange in this day and age, particularly because my dog behaves herself, not like some of the Wetherspoons clientele. Bar staff are friendly with a quick service, the food is nice and everything is at a nice price.You can pick out the local drinkers after a few trips and they are polite and friendly too. So all good.
