Attended my freind Davids and Lisas engagement party here on Fri, 28.09.23.Hire and food for 25 people cost around £200 I was told. Buy our own drinks which turned out very expensive I need to say. The average say Witherspoons charges £2.89 for a pint of Purple Strongbow, this Pub charged me £5.70p which was a bit of a shock. Most of us just had soft drinks, nice. I suggest you do too?Parking: A good old fashioned P H. Bin here for years. A Century at least I should think....read full review

Visited pub after winning a raffle for a family of 4 to have 2 course meal. Arrived with an extra person (nan) expected to pay for the extra person, and the owner came down, wished is a merry Xmas and said they're upping the voucher from a family of 4 to a family of 5! We were incredibly thankful and will definitely be attending again. Lovely atmosphere with a real log fire and friendly staff. Very impressed

Came for their children's Halloween party. Was welcomed with open arms. Very friendly staff. We had a meal before the disco started. Food was cooked to perfection. Nice size menu with plenty of options for all. Garden is a nice size. Kids were very impressed with the lego figures. Loads of thought had gone into games and decorations for Halloween. We came back on Sunday for Sunday dinner. It didn't dissopoint very deep filled dish. Well done all :)
