This is a traditional Micro pub in the pure sense as it only serves real beers tapped straight out of the barrel. They also do a selection of wines, ciders and some ready mixed spirits. Good beer,friendly owner and nice to have a trip down memory lane by taking up the offer of any half a bitter+bottle of light ale for £4.was briefly 16 again!been before+will go again

Called in here on a micropub tour of the area, a true micropub selling real ale, made to feel welcome, friendly staff and locals, dog friendly.We stayed for a few hours and they allowed us to bring food in.Beer was good.Nothing to dislike here if you like the micropub culture, what you would expect and what you get.
