Rubbish service. 2nd time I've been conned on the portion of chips I was given. I should have checked because now I know they do this. Next time I'll check and if it's not there I'll demand more.

We're on 5 days vacation trip, and we come here to eat something and see the prices. The chicken it's big, there're big portions of food and drink for a cheap price. We were 2 with the Christmas bucket of 3, it was goood and only for 23£, we eated well and I have like 3 chicken pieces left with half of the 1.5l coke to take home. Also the Gravy sauce it's good.

Terrible. We ordered two teas and were not told there was no milk! Really!The food was OK but the gents toilets were disgusting. Puddles of pee everywhere. I reported it to the cleaner but she just carried on cleaning tables.Eventually the manager offered us alternative drinks.It wasn't very busy so there is no excuse for such poor service and facilities.

The wings were very tasty, well cooked, and juicy inside. Whenever I go to Gloucester road station I always try their wings as their food is really great.Kid-friendliness: They have space for kids and the staff are really friendly to the kids and talk to them nicely.

We had a disappointing experience with a "party bucket" we ordered from this restaurant. While the quantity and variety of dishes were good and worth the price, we found the fried chicken to be too salty after eating a few pieces. The kids refused to eat it, so we approached the staff. They were extremely helpful in exchanging the food with something else available in the restaurant. They explained that the seasonings used in the preparation were not in their control and were received ready-made from KFC's master kitchen. Although the service staff and atmosphere were good, we have to give a 2-star rating due to the lack of quality/sensory checks in the food's taste.

Be very careful when ordering they staff there are very sneaky they try to scam people specially the tourist. ALWAY ASK FOR A RECIPT AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER.If they try to be smart or raise their voice start recording them incase it is escalats so you could provide the footage to the police.Beware of the staff !SCAM ALERT

Par quoi commencer ?Ne vous fiez pas aux notes de 5/5 : le personnel vous saute dessus et insiste pour qu'on leur mette une revue sur Google, vous prennent le téléphone des mains pour mettre 5 étoiles à tout. C'est arrivé à mon fis. Et moi, comme je refusais, on a insisté, on m'a proposé des frites gratuites. Rien que ça, ça m'a coupé l'appétit.Il n'y a qu'une salle de restauration en sous-sol, mal ventilée. Bof.Côté bouffe, c'est du KFC, de la fast food, rien de terrible à attendre, mais bon rien à dire en plus ou en moins pour ce type de lieu.

Bad service, wanted to get the kfc offer deal but upon paying she gave us the original price and not the discounted. The staff mentioned that she can’t cancel the payment even though we haven’t paid.

When ordering be careful, the one I encounter give me receipt of £12 but I paid £17..I ordered rice box and she did not give me receipt at first so I asked how much she said £17 i said ok. Then my order came and I asked for the receipt the receipt she gave me was only written £12pounds and added £3 with another receipt and I did not pay card I pay thru cash. so overall if my order was 12+3= that would only be £15 but I paid £17 in short the cashier is doing something. So when you order please make sure you know what you sre ordering and the price others takimg advantage because I am a tourist and doesnt really know on the place.

Terrible service! They made me wait for more than half an hour and finally said I did not choose the table delivery service, when I very certainly did! And they just gave me away a tray which clearly was lying around for a while when I asked them what's happening, without all the parts of the order. I wouldn't mind if they politely acknowledged that there was a mistake with the system, but one of the staff spoke very rudely as if I was lying. Highly disappointed :(
