Terrible. We ordered two teas and were not told there was no milk! Really!The food was OK but the gents toilets were disgusting. Puddles of pee everywhere. I reported it to the cleaner but she just carried on cleaning tables.Eventually the manager offered us alternative drinks.It wasn't very busy so there is no excuse for such poor service and facilities.
The wings were very tasty, well cooked, and juicy inside. Whenever I go to Gloucester road station I always try their wings as their food is really great.Kid-friendliness: They have space for kids and the staff are really friendly to the kids and talk to them nicely.

We're on 5 days vacation trip, and we come here to eat something and see the prices. The chicken it's big, there're big portions of food and drink for a cheap price. We were 2 with the Christmas bucket of 3, it was goood and only for 23£, we eated well and I have like 3 chicken pieces left with half of the 1.5l coke to take home. Also the Gravy sauce it's good.
