Most food was out of stock. Drinks good. Service fast enough. Attracts all kinds of people. Not Pret's fault. Just spoils a nice catch up depending on the clientele at the next table! I got the macaroni cheese. It was cold and bland. Perhaps stick to their sweet offerings or sandwiches.Vegetarian options: There were cheese sandwiches and I had a pasta cheese and vegetable meal in a box. I didn't enjoy it.

The review is from a service perspective. So I got a cup of cappuccino, and a croissant to eat. I accidentally spilled the drink on the floor. I went back to the cashier and told them about the situation so that they are known, and can clean the floor. I wanted to order coffee again, but the barista said I don’t need to pay.That’s how service should be!
