Visited the Starbucks on Gloucester Road and had a pretty average experience. The coffee was just okay, nothing too impressive. However, the cleanliness of the place was a major letdown. Almost all of the tables were dirty and sticky, which really took away from the overall atmosphere. It’s a stark contrast to the premium experience I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. In general, I think Starbucks is quite overrated, and this visit unfortunately confirmed that sentiment. Hoping to see better in the future!

This used to be a great store and then they got rid of half of the indoor seating. The only seating of the 3 indoor tables was outside!

Not great. Mo had a smiley face on his badge but not his face. He was so keen to do his next task that he did the current one badly. My muffin escaped and rolled across the counter as he tried to pass me the bag as he was walking and looking in the opposite direction, with an unconvincing, “Thank you so much, have a lovely day.” Slow down Mo!

Worst Starbucks experience ever will not be coming back any time

The guy who served us was really nice and friendly however he defaulted into giving us the biggest sized drink so you can take that as a pro or con. The toastie was tasty and the drinks were very well made

that's horrible. In the wind where the desserts are, a lot of midges and flies fly. not one accidentally flown in, but more than 20 pieces! I told the coffee shop worker and he didn't react at all. it feels like it's normal for him. I haven't seen this yet. very dirty

Staff member was rude right off the bat, didn't say hello, just stared at me with what looked like disdain, waiting for me to say something, so I just ordered my decaf iced venti latte. She quietly muttered thanks after I ordered, then I went to get a table, there were at least 2 girls just standing behind the counter doing nothing. The majority of the tables inside were filthy and piled with dirty dishes and garbage. I asked to get a cloth to wipe a table and was told rude girl #1 would take care of it. She certainly was not in any hurry to come out. I told one member of staff that the state of the dining room was disgusting and she looked at me blankly with a look of disgust and said "what?!" then looked back down at her phone. Rude girl #1 came out and started clearing the tables (extremely slowly I assume to show express her disdain further) making sure not to start with the one where I had put my things. I just stood there and didn't say anything until it was clear she wasn't going to wipe my table off at all. And she didn't even wipe the table off, there was still obviously fresh coffee stains from the last customers. I sat for a minute. Then my coffee was called but it wasn't iced as I had asked for. The girl muttered something under her breath and remade it. I didn't say anymore, just drank my coffee quickly and got out of there. I've had it with Starbucks, it's vile and I'd rather go without.
