Visited the Starbucks on Gloucester Road and had a pretty average experience. The coffee was just okay, nothing too impressive. However, the cleanliness of the place was a major letdown. Almost all of the tables were dirty and sticky, which really took away from the overall atmosphere. It’s a stark contrast to the premium experience I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. Not great. Mo had a smiley face on his badge but not his face. He was so keen to do his next task that he did the current one badly. My muffin escaped and rolled across the counter as he tried to pass me the bag as he was walking and looking in the opposite direction, with an unconvincing, “Thank you so much, have a lovely day.” Slow down Mo!

The guy who served us was really nice and friendly however he defaulted into giving us the biggest sized drink so you can take that as a pro or con. The toastie was tasty and the drinks were very well made
