I hate leaving negative, but hopefully constructive criticism, with room for improvement. I don't know what's happened to this place, it used to be amazing. We had dinner here, burgers were pink inside, to me, undercooked. Chips were lovely though, service great. Place is sticky, looks run down inside and considering it was minus 4 outside, there was no heating on and we were all cold throughout our meal. This was my favourite place to hang out with my friends when it first opened many years ago. The food was great, as was the service and owner. I then moved away from the area.Now all these years later I have visited twice in the space of three weeks. The front door has moved but the quality of food and service is still exemplary and the Owner/Manager (?) is very welcoming and friendly.If only I lived closer.

The employees were very polite and friendly. My food was fresh and it came out quick. My burger had just the right amount of mayo. The sandwich was neat and wrapped to perfection.I will be visiting this store again. 10/10 experience
