I love their food,. But felt let down by the service this time. To be argued with when you enquire about missing items, even after saying if it's a mistake on my order please grab the missing items and I'll pay for them if I havent. It took another staff member to interject to stop this usually very nice polite man from arguing, and the other person grabbed the missing items and charged me accordingly. The place was nice but my order (family feast 10pc) had our bottle of drink missing and when I asked for it they denied me the chance to get it because I apparently already got the drink.

I used the drive through which is very efficient but if awaiting an order there is no where to pull over.so the queue can be long.The staff seem pleasant and helpful but then I've been there when staff are not so pleasant.i would recommend this place.
