In the past week or month a new guy started working there with long black hair who is a very nice guy, very polite, very welcoming and honestly gives you the service of a restaurant in papa johns.Food was nice and hot.
Ordered 3 pizzas- 2 were fine and nice but on the last they completely missed the instructions. When we called up, they said we couldn't get a refund or a new pizza unless we waited for 1hr and 30mins because their staff were off (despite it being 9.30 and it closes at 11), so we could get a discount for next time. Next time, I'll save my time and go to Dominos.

I waited about an hour for my pizza although the estimated time was 30 to 40 minutes. The delivery guy was polite and friendly. The pizzas were hot, tasty and not soggy or damp like pizzas I've had before from other places. I'd recommend looking at the deals on Papa John's website before just picking up the phone.
