I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Burger Max. I placed an order on New Year's Eve, eagerly waiting for a special meal. However, after an hour of anticipation, I received an update claiming my order was delivered – a blatant lie.Upon contacting customer service, I was informed to wait 72 hours for a refund. Ordered 2 large lamb shish in pitta, one with chilly sauce and one with garlic for £11.99 each totalling £26.48 with delivery. Delivered 2 small wraps each with 5 tiny pieces of meat, a couple of slices of cucumber and tomatoes. Both had garlic sauce. Called restaurant, very dismissive and told can't help and to call the manager when he's in. When asked when he will be available, replied 'don't know' and when asked again, they hung up on me.
