I went through the drive thru last night, the staff where super quick getting my order ready , I waited for a very short time at the window to collect it, but was worth the small wait!, food was really hot and food tasted nice. Its great they got my order correct and staff nice

I visited this store in December. I am disabled and the store went above and beyond to make my visit as comfortable as possible. Diane helped me place my order on the kiosk and my food was brought to my table fresh. The store was clean and all staff had a smile on their face. I will definitely be returning to this McDonald’s having has bad experiences elsewhere

Not good. Ordered 3 burgers as take away - but got only 2. My mistake, should have checked. I will never go there again. And it wasn't rush hour.

Waited ages to be served up lukewarm grub. Served by staff who made snails look fast. No receipts available from the self service points and an air of general apathy pervading the place. Perhaps the worst mcds I've ever been in

Went for a drive through and the guy in the windo was flirting with two girls in a car in front for atleast 5 minutes, and after we got our food the chips were cold and stale just like the burger ?

Just ordered from this McDonald’s branch after a long day at work only to receive the wrong order with only 1 item that was the same. My order McCrispy, 5 piece selects, full fat coke and a McFlurry but instead I received a bottle of water, 2 double cheeseburger, fries half full, mayo chicken and 5piece selects.Don’t order from this McDonald’s branch and further training is needed for those on the night shift.

Just been through the drive through (29th November 2023) ordered the Big and cheesy with bacon and the share box of the cheese bites drove about 2 mile's from McDonald's the fries tasted like they had been double or triple fried and was cold, the cheese bites was the same.... The Big Cheesy had no bacon wasn't given my recipe. Normally good but had stone cold food from an Uber eats delivery and wasn't offered to have the food replaced and wasn't given a refund after complaining to the restaurant the fries wasn't a full portion I tried one of the fries they tasted under cooked and cold the burger was cold sadly this ended up in the bin as it wasn't fit for consumption.

2 hours 20 minutes waiting for a delivery after it was accepted to be cancelled by them??? And told on app it was being prepared and driver was there too!! I hope the driver didn't get a parking ticket off them for being sat waiting for more than the 90 minute limit! Shocking service never
