Friendly service, excellent flat white - nice and hot which is just what I wanted; always a disappointment if your coffee is served lukewarm. Was nice and quiet, pleasant surroundings and a good selection of food and snacks. All round a good coffee shop.

On a hot day in August we popped in for an afternoon drink. This is a large open plan coffee house serving a range of artisan coffee soft drinks and warm toasted snacks. Much like many of the other chains out there but less well know. It was very quiet and had a nice calm feel and, delight of delights, working aircon. Killer hot chocolate! Real treat!This friendly cafe offers light bites, such as toasties, tea cakes, and other cakes.Relaxed atmosphere and happy staff.Coffee looks great, although - ultra picky alert - tea drinkers note their bag comes in the cup.Plenty of space in what looks like an independent - a lovely antidote to the usual chains.Ideal place to sit on a Sunday - it opens from 9am when others open much later.
