Very nice fish and chips. Very friendly staff, excellent service. I was waiting for my order to be prepared and the gentleman gave me a few chips while I was waiting. This small gesture made good fish and chips into great fish and chips.
It has that Je Ne Sais Quoi or Δεν ξέρω τι!If you pardon my awful Greek, you’ll remember that as part of my endeavour to find my personal favourite chippie, I needed to sample the offering from Costa.As always, at the time of writing they were competing with ‘The Good Catch’. I ordered battered cod fish, a small chip portion and baked beans to takeaway and was not disappointed. The fish was freshly cooked and the chips were perfect. The large pot of baked beans is a perfect side-order imo.Recommended.
