Honestly we think Indian Ocean is the best restaurant/takeaway in Tameside (and surrounding areas) Great quality food, really competitive prices and lovely customer service, including their friendly, delivery drivers. Our favourites at the moment are the Lamb Makhani and Aloo Channa and of course their legendary Ocean pilau rice (full of cashews, pistachios and almonds, yum!) Highly recommended!!Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetarian options.
I enjoyed my chicken jalfrezi but my wife's lamb tikka was awful with all the meat ending up in the bin, which, when you have waited and a quarter hours was a really disappointing meal .

I have been using Indian ocean service's for food for 20 plus year's and all I can say is definitely are the best in the business food all ways excellent staff always happy to help with your order and preference I have traveled around the country with my job and tasted different places for Curry's but in my opinion Indian ocean in Ashton under lyne is 110 percent the best ever keep going.
