We had a fabulous meal at the Heroes of Waterloo this afternoon. The food was delicious everyone in our party really enjoyed our meals and indulgence deserts, everything we saw others served with also looked amazing. The meal was made special by our main server Jayde, she was so attentive and such a lovely person, really funny too. She made our experience really special and we will definitely return. I recently had dinner with a friend at the Heroes of Waterloo. I can only say that I was 100% impressed by the cleanliness, service, food, relaxed atmosphere. We were served by Jade and her customer focused attitude was second to none. She was amazing, professional and made my friends night by acknowledging her birthday with a celebratory candle. Gary was exemplary in his courtesy and professional manner. I would also like to include Lily, a new member of staff who proved herself to be very customer focused and dedicated to keeping her tables happy.
