Food was delicious. We started with a fantastic, flavorful traditional French onion soup and a really good chicken liver pate. Followed with superb, well cooked braised steak and a delicious fish and chips.We could not squeeze a dessert no matter how much we wanted to.I would also recommend trying their local pale ale.Overall a place is a bit pricier, but definitely worth trying.
Mum's Birthday, service was great, staff were fantastic, was a lovely late afternoon meal for 10 family members. Only thing I would say, ordered pizza and it was so garlicy I couldn't eat it. Wasn't going to spoil the day by my personal preference though. Deffo go back as a lovely atmosphere, ty

Lovely place, good service, and the food was excellent. Only thing that let it down was the barman who was offhand with my 80 year old mum when she went up to pay the bill. Would definitely go here again though.
