Oh my word ... So glad we tried this place absolutely amazing food and well worth the wait. Authentic, original food I'd wait all day for when it's this good. Nipped in for a bite to eat before dropping the other half off at the restricted forest and was really impressed with the food. Wow!!! What an experience!! This new place in Bolton is in The Vaults complex. It would have to be the freshest Mexican food I have eaten outside of Mexico. We had chorizo quesadilla and chicken enchiladas as our main meals. The balance of texture, taste and spice levels was excellent. The staff are friendly and know their food to help make the right choices. Random restaurant choice for us, but absolutely loved it!!!
