The best Costa I've been to. I usually go to independent coffee shops as I'm really picky, but whenever I'm in Bolton I come here. The staff are really pleasant and the coffee is good. I would definitely recommend.
Big thanks to Lina for her outstanding customer service. I have been a customer of Costa for few year. I would say Lina's is a trus asset and her customer service can be take as an example of brilliance of the Costa coffee.

Not a typical 'coffee shop' atmosphere and I can't put my finger on why. Competent staff (albeit thin on the ground and often distracted) but I can never feel completely at ease there like I'd want from a good coffee shop. Can't give less than 2 stars as it is clean and serves you what you want, has seats \\u0026 tables. Kinda pricey considering the absence of atmosphere.
