Operate similar to a ticketing system. Placed food order and then your number is called out and you collect your food from downstairs. The food tasted ok, interior wasn’t too bad either but could do with some cleaning. Overall a mediocre place.
Food was very nice but we didn’t drink alcohol so we’ve been charged for similar price as cocktail , my birthday voucher was included cocktail but we should’ve been over double for the same price

Very tasty, same consistency for the last 15 years plus that I’ve known about them. Lots of options good quality food and portion sizes are ok. Fries are cold and hard sometimes. Prices are decent. There’s plenty of seating for dine in costumers and they accept card payments which is a plus.
