As others have noted. Was owned by the same family for many years. Always excellent quality and service for us for over thirty years. Been several times recently and the food has again been very good.
This place has changed hands, the food isn’t as good, portion looked smaller, ribs were rubbish, crispy chilli beef had no beef inside ? they messed the order up too and I had to go back to pick up two items which was a 10min drive away and they offered me prawn crackers for my trouble, which I already had in the orderOh and then got home to find no Egg in the egg fried rice, after 30+ years custom I won’t be going backUPDATE The Hong Kong is back to its old standards, tried...read full review

Second visit and I must admit the food was better first time. Salt and pepper chicken had an unknown spice, definitely not salt and pepper. The char sui fried rice very small strips of pork and the wanton soup lacked a good hit of MSG. Also too many spring onions and no crunch to the Chinese leaves. I have had worse but the first meal from them was top notch.
