Went through the drive thru, and ordered a grilled sweet chilli chicken wrap, they tried to charge me for 3 then when I opened the bag they’d given me crispy. How hard is it!!! The order is literally on a screen for you to read

The food is consistent which is the only positive for me, the time taken to supply my order has been ridiculous as is the number of times items have been missed from my orders. When complaints have been logged there hasn't even been an apology. Very
