I have to say this establishment has some of the best customer service I have experienced. Big shout out to Michelle who served me and took time out to make up a number f specific orders that were unavailable on the shelves. She helped me search and when there was nothing matching 4 of my order she proceeded to make them up fresh. The store can get really busy so I went around 10:30am. They may not be able to undertake making to order later than this.

It's always a great experience for me when I visit and purchase products from this store, the staff are always welcoming, polite and friendly.All you need to do is ask and they will advise you on what available on the hot food counter and what's coming out of the oven.Very reasonable prices. The quality of the white muffin makes Martin's sandwiches so tasty. However, recently the amount of filling has become less and less. One piece of turkey, a slice of tomato, two small slices of cucumber and a very paltry scattering of lettuce for £3.30 is just not good value. It is a shame but they are just too stingy for me to continue to buy from there.
