We ordered Singapore style chow main which is a dry dish (no gravy). It was cooked perfectly with the correct use of spices and meats using very little oil so it wasn’t greasy. Also ordered chicken satay, big chunks of fresh chicken with onions and peppers. The sauce does contain MSG which is a flavour enhancer but it wasn’t excessive, I’m sure they would try and omit where possible or be able to advise on alternative dishes if required. Ordered king prawn sweet and sour with egg fried rice. Disappointed with the extra charge of £1.50 for fried rice compared to Chungs for example, however it was a fantastic meal. Maybe review the extra charges as the food was amazing.
