Visited today. We waited a while at the bar for someone to take the order. The food was ready quickly but was not as described. 'Posh fish finger sandwich' was meant to be fish goujons in a sourdough sub, but was 2 fish fingers in a dry finger roll. The classic nachos didn't have jalapenos or rocket as per the menu. It was all edible and ok, but we were a little disappointed.
The experience I'm going to tell you about here is not about the food, because it was good, but rather the horror show that I saw from the staff, the blonde and her friend. The driver was trying to explain to her about the thermal bag they use and the blonde wouldn't let him talk, the boy was so calm. What made me apprehensive was her shouting at an old lady. They need to review these behaviors!
