It's a typical Nero, good coffee, lush food but what takes it up a level is the staff, the gentleman serving made you feel welcome from the moment he spoke to you. His welcoming was so good I let him choose which seasonal addition to the coffee was best. Definitely coming here in the future
Visited here simply for drinks and to chill out. The place did look a bit tired and worn down but it was clean. We ordered an Iced Latte and an Iced Belgian Chocolate with Hazelnut (£4.35). Big glass of refreshing and tasty drinks. I enjoyed my iced chocolate drink which wasn't overly sweet. The price was reasonable comparing to nearby (bubble) tea shops in Chinatown.We only saw one staff working (who served us) and he was friendly and patient.
