This Costa provides stable steady regular great service; food is always good, coffee is always amazing. My only issue is some of the staff members REALLY seem like they absolutely don't want to be there and their service is always a bit... Off. I always feel like I am just annoying them by just asking for a coffee. It is only about two staff members and always the same ones, and their service is consistently unsatisfactory.
Great polite service though they did seem to be short of staff, tables were not clean but they were still very polite and accommodating. The iced whipped vanilla was nice, I wanted to go with something different and didn't disappoint. It is a cosy store

Best chain cafe in Chorlton with really nice staff, always friendly and have time for customers new and old. Im not sure where the negative reviews come from, maybe its the opposition. Believe me Ive tried all of them.
