Beautiful lounge in Manchester airport. The staff were friendly and check in process was smooth.The food was hot and fresh and great drinks selection.It's not as big as a BA business lounge in Heathrow perhaps but very comfortable and does the job. The views of the aeroplanes landing on the runway is a great bonus.
Although the lounge was full, the receptionist was very pleasant to communicate that it was full and that there was a waitlist. Wait wasn’t long. The new queue app is great. Once inside the service was good. Food was really good for a lounge. Evren, was very friendly and asked how my stay has been, something unusually for the lounges in my experience as they always seem to busy. She took the time to chat for a a few seconds. I think this lounge is great value. Staff are lovely, came at breakfast time and there was plenty of food, slightly disappointed they don't do toast but there was cereal, pastries and hot food etc.Will definately book again. Very relaxes
