Good Turkish restaurant - surprised to find this at an airport hotel. Excellent vegan options - wild mushroom soup (changes regularly), hummus both with freshly made flatbread and a very fresh mixed salad. Service was at the right level of attentive.Vegetarian options: VEGAN options were limited to small plates and no desserts but 3 small plates made a very tasty acceptable meal.Felt many more items on menu could be vegan with a little thought.
We had a very good evening meal while. I had the Sri Lankan vegetable curry which was excellent. We also had a baked halloumi, be careful because the tomatoes are very hot. All in all a friendly and agreeable restaurant.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn and ate here for dinner. The service was fantastic, very helpful and enthusiastic staff, and the food was delicious. Can't fault it in anyway. You do need to book as it gets very busy.
