We stopped by for a glass of wine following a friend’s recommendation. It’s a small place but we managed to get a table for the 5 of us just before Christmas 2023. The wine was great, the atmosphere was lovely and although we weren’t hungry we were tempted by the small plates which didn’t disappoint. The leek and potato salad plate was absolutely delicious. We are looking forward to going back when we are next in town - 10/10!
Fantastic where to eat and drink!The waiters also pay attention to your allergies (e.g. gluten free or lactose free).Nice place where to stay and drink natural wines and eat fresh food.The menus are decided by the chef and it changes on a daily basis.

The menu might not be long, but what they've got is top notch! Had the sourdough bread, split pea dip, winter brassicas and golden beetroot soup (wow!), finished with the rhubarb-cream desert. Every single dish was "cooked with love", as my mum described it.
