The hotel is conveniently located.The reception staff are friendly and happy to help with getting you checked in, explaining that you can sacrifice housekeeping for other benefits like a free £7.50 drink.The room felt like it needed a good clean, just take a look at the attached photo showing the air vent in the bathroom, it doesn't take much to clean a vent from being caked in dust.The shower screen doesn't stay open properly, which isn't great when you're showering and it closes...read full review
I went for room attendant interview today. All the staff spoke to me very friendly? I have done many interviews before but never felt like this before. Best of all you interviewed me The gentleman spoke very friendly Do not know whether to select me? I would be lucky if I ever get to work with Malmaison. Mujammel

Conveniently located and very helpful staff. However, parts of it could do with an update. Particularly the room I stayed in. The shower pressure for hot water was incredibly low. I then thought I’d have a bath but the water plug didn’t work. Nothing major but little niggles that you shouldn’t deal
