Manchester Sora is a great restaurant with top-class service and a fantastic atmosphere overlooking Albert Square. It has the potential to offer some of the best views in the city once the square is renovated. The restaurant boasts a fantastic selection and variety of cocktails, although the food, while having the potential to be great, currently doesn't match the quality of other fine dining establishments. The staff at Manchester Sora are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the view at sunset is great, making it a perfect spot for late-evening drinks. The afternoon tea is lovely, with the only potential improvement being the Matcha scone, which was a little dry and bland, though the jam and cream were excellent. The belly pork was delicious and a favourite. The overall dining experience at Manchester Sora is described as a "flavour party in every dish," with fresh, zesty, and beautifully presented meals. The service, provided by Mariano, is exceptional, with perfect timing and recommendations that enhance the overall experience. The dessert is also praised as "straight-up indulgent," complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing.
