Perfect! @ Manchester FortJulie and Aaron were brilliant, also the other lady that was on shift, all fantastic members of staff. I came in because I had a code that would not work online for a collection, and wanted to see if there was anything that could be done. I walked into the store, Julie very bubbly, helpful lady, greeted me then started to assist me. Came to celebrate my Daughters 5th birthday. Not sure if she was the manager blond hair working late on the 16th of November. Thank you for making my daughter so happy. Small gestures mean alot.
