Understaffed but nice location, bit untidy as a result of the lack of staff in the place but this may have just been when I went in. Not sure I was given the correct drink size personally as a Grande is usually bigger than what I got.
Stated as cosy and while there are comfy chairs, it feels a bit spartan to me, especially with the unfinished ceiling. Temperature can vary quite a lot - today is comfortably warm but has been a bit chilly in previous visits. Otherwise pretty much like any other Starbucks.
