I didn't think anywhere in Manchester could compete with VietShack. But VietGuy is a hidden gem. Walked past at lunch, and it was very busy, ordered a couple of dishes and it was delicious.The prawn summer rolls were awesome.

We had a really good night there. Both the starters and main were really good. The seitan dishes were excellent. The service is was excellent. The checked up on us and were really helpful explaining the menu to us. Can't wait to go back.
