Everytime i go to Town i make it a priority to go to the Yadgar cafe .3 curries for under a Tenner with a Lassi ..The food is to die for...?Vegetarian options: Veg options are excellent and the Dahl is very tasty ..
Last time I was there was over 10 years ago and the owner still remembered who I was. Don't go there for decor or flair or an extensive menu but it's so worth going in. The food tastes homemade and is wonderfully spicy and full of flavour. They still do rice and 3 curries with about 5 to 6 curry selections to choose from including boneless tender lamb and chicken. The food was good. Yes, it doesn’t look very appealing but the portion was fair and curries were tasty for the price we paid. Obviously the owner doesn’t care about any improvements or presentation. But it was a great contrast to hipster places in the area ?It’s not a meal to come back for, but it was still good, a bit spicy though.They also don’t accept cards, cash only
