The manageress is not the friendliest person. She has a very unwelcoming expression. The rest of staff are very nice. Really unhappy that she had to wipe a table for us when took grandchild in. Offered to do it myself but no. Not the first time I have found this. Everyone is allowed a bad day but come on.
Staff were friendly, the tables needed to be cleared at lot faster and I noticed peoples orders weren't being fulfilled in due time. A lady I was sat near hadn't had her toast for a while and was complaining to her husband about it after telling the staff she was still waiting. My coffee and sandwich was just what I needed ?
