Have used Neros for years, but it’s looking tired these days; in great need of refurbishment. There used to be some great staff (particularly Magda) but staff turnover seems to have gone through the roof. I still visit, just think they need to up their game now that Coffee House has opened up next door!
Excellent coffee shop located within sake town centre.the coffee and food are really good.the staff are quick and very friendly.the shop is always clean and tidy.itd located close to several carparks and bus/metrolink is nearby.there is a disabled entrance and facilities.totally recommend this place for a relaxing coffee.

I've recently been to this Nero and when I arrived the service was perfect and the workers were very polite, it was nice to see such a happy team. The drink I ordered was super tasty and the store was spotless! I'll be coming back here again as my new coffee hot spot, thank you to the girls that were working for making such a nice atmosphere. :)
