11- 13 Davyhulme Cir, Urmston, ManchesterWell where do I start.....I drove around looking for a cafe to cater to me and my little girl's dietary requirements, several cafe's said they cannot accommodate a vegetarian breakfast even after asking for it to be cooked separatey.
Now onto a positive note I accidently came across Poppies cafe. What a breath of fresh air.
I was greeted as I walked in with a smile, my little girl said 'good morning' and how lovely it was to witness the interaction between them.
The staff behind the counter listened and enthusiastically accomadated our dietary needs.
This cafe is clearly built on offering amazing food, great service and best of all they are a cafe which are child friendly and their ability to engage with young people is outstanding.
I ordered a full vegetarian breakfast alongside with a child vegetarian breakfast. I just about finished my breakfast and my little girl just about ate half of her breakfast as the portion was definately more than we were expecting.
The cafe was was well presented and clean as one would expect from a well run establishment.
The atmosphere was walm and welcoming. It was consistently busy which customers coming in and take away orders being collected.
The cafe has their own childrens play area, at the counter they offer colouring activities which we took full advantage of.
Overall we will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend you visit. A great little cafe and perfect for families.

Taihing Restaurant Urmston
7 Bowfell Rd, Urmston, ManchesterVisited here tonight and it did not disappoint. From walking in the staff were very friendly, the food was very nice. I must mention specifically the PrawnToast which was great, fresh and I've never had it this generous before.
Will defo be visiting again.

Food is great, kids love coming to breakfast here. Staff are really nice. Cannot fault the place. If your not staying in the hotel I would advise to book in advance as it can be busy at times.

Returned to the shop on Tuesday and ordered another pie and told the assistant about the pie on the previous visit . She immediately supplied with a pie free of charge. Can't beat that for customer service. Very professional. Would definitely recommend to other users ?

Saw Milanos in urmston and they were about to close, the customer service was 10/10. Stayed opened and made us fresh food even though they were closing. They did get my order wrong but the food is amazing as well as the customer service. Quick to change and correct. Always on time, honestly can’t fault them at all. Only because I’m picky that my order was wrong.
5* every time. Won’t be going anywhere else for my Chinese now ?

48 Flixton Rd, Urmston, ManchesterA cosy and nice atmosphere with flavourful food.Good portion sizes. The starters weren’t very grilled and were sort of just heated up but acceptable. The naan bread is lovely, as is the rice. The daal was very watery with a soupy consistency. Difficult to eat and served in a dish but tasty.We had the lamb tikka nawabi and they cooked it without the green chillies to our preference and it’s extremely delicious. Meat is not dry and has and amazing depth of flavour to it. Highly recommend and will be back for more.Thank you for the extra poppadum but one comment - don’t rush service please!

Had a delay with the order last time we ordered and after contacting the shop the manager was so lovely and apologised and explained they were very busy but were on it. We then recieved the food which was amazing and they have us a free garlic bread for the inconvenience. Couldn't recommend higher. Thanks to all the staff you are amazing.

Matther, the owner is very passionate about serving his customers good food. That's exactly what you get at County Grill, good food and excellent service and value for money. The food is British cafe style with the occasional Greek special (all delicious), the portions are BIG. The atmosphere is busy, happy and friendly. There are a lot of cafes, gastry pubs etc in Urmston but I challenge anyone to find a place as welcoming and genuine with food as fresh that you can WATCH being cooked as you can at the County Grill. It's like that hotel in Dubai, if I could give it 7 stars, I would!

The only thing that we were not keen on was all the televisions..not sure why they need so many...news bulletins throughout our meal ..totally unnecessary....you can't escape it. Such a lovely pub and really doesn't need to have televisions in every room.
Despite this we will definetly visit again..a lovelyvpub.
